Rhucha Ford Runs in the Winner at Telford
The CGS band wagon rolled on to the Inaugural Secretary’s Shield at the Telford Golf Resort. Having been to Telford the previous year we all voted to return.
The weather was hot and the course was in great condition once again for all to enjoy. No one enjoyed the course more that Rhucha Ford putting in a quality display of golf to take the plaudits and be the first to get his name on the Secretary’s Shield, well done Rhucha.
In second place on the day was our Chairman Junior Harris with another board member, our Treasurer Linton Bell taking third place well done guy’s good show.
Yet again our very own pocket rocket Ian Higgins taking the longest drive on the day with a 300 yard + drive. Well done Higgy!
The nearest the pin in two was taken by Trevor Lammy and the nearest the pin was claimed by Dave Smith, well done guys.
