Chair wins at the Wergs

Our final event of the year was played at the Wergs Golf Club. The Wergs is a lovely course with some long challenging holes but also some short. Since this event was played on a Saturday the turnout was not as good as some previous. However with the feedback we received from the members with regards the golf course I’m sure we’ll get a better turnout next time.

The story goes, that some members enjoyed the course so much that they went and played it again the following week. I think that says it all, the CGS will return to the Wergs.
